Pick up at your hotel at 13h and the back of a vintage Vespa, ride out to a communal house of age old traditions closely associated with the cultural life of  Vietnamese family. We then take a stroll down the street of French colonial architecture and the local stilted riverside homes. After visiting a local market, take a small ferry to cross the Perfume River and continue on Vespa through smaller countryside roads to a small workshop producing worship materials and then get a chance to make our own small folk art print while sipping on green tea. Then ride through vibrant rice paddies and local ancient bridge to be back to the fascinating ancient imperial for sipping cocktail. Ride around this former capital city known for numerous speciality dishes. Learn to make Banh Nam by hand. Then take in beautiful sunset views of the Perfume River, ending up at a bustling local restaurant to try some classic Vietnamese dishes such as BBQ skewers and savoury pancakes – Hue style!  As night falls, we will arrive at another local favourite where we try some fresh seafood dishes. Our final ride takes you to the city centre to a popular local dessert shop for a sweet finish to this night time foodie. Finish the day at your hotel at 21h.
