An exciting adventure on Jeep, a battle vehicle during the last war, to discover the North West highlands and ride motorbike on country paths to enjoy breathtaking landscapes, meet friendly people and discover untouched culture.
Welcome by our guide upon arrival at the airport and transfer by Jeep to the city. Capital of Vietnam since 1010, Hanoi preserves its very own image: old temples, narrow craft commercial streets, colonial quarters, lakes and green parks. In the afternoon, we visit the most highlights of the city including Tran Quoc pagoda, Quan Thanh temple, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum square, One Pillar Pagoda built in the early XI century, Temple of Literature, home to the oldest university in Vietnam, Sword Lake and Ngoc Son Temple. Dinner and overnight at 4* hotel.
In the morning we leave the hustle of Hanoi and jeep to Mai Chau, a beautiful valley encountered by mighty mountain range. On the way we visit to spectacular Hang pagoda and Muong village to discover their culture. We arrive in Mai Chau in the afternoon then after a short rest we start to explore Thai life style. We walk around the village, visit local stilt house, talk to people and watch them weaving clothes and making traditional dress. Dinner and overnight at local house.
After breakfast, we hike through rice fields to Pom Coong village – home to Muong and Thai ethnic. Enjoy fresh air, breathtaking landscape from the village and meet amazing people. Lunch is served at the village and we jeep back to Hanoi. Dinner before transfer to Hanoi Railways Station for night train to Lao Cai. Overnight on board.
The train arrives in Lao Cai in the early morning. We meet the guide and take bus to Sapa. Breakfast is served and followed by a short break before the adventure. We get on motorbike, move southwards on a narrow and bumpy road. Spectacular landscapes of Hoang Lien mountain range, Fansipan peak– roof of Indochina, marvelous terraced rice fields of Muong Hoa valley can be seen on the ride. We leave our bike for a walk around Hoa Su Pan, Black Hmong hamlet to meet villagers working on their lands and visit their home. Back on bike and continue the ride further south to Muong Bo to experience the hospitality, daily activities of Tay people. Depending on the weather lunch will be done in open air on the grass or in local house. The adventures continues on the rocky road to My Son, charming village of Xa Pho ethnic who are preserving their unique culture and traditions then go further to a Red Zao village. We get back to Sapa in late afternoon. Dinner and overnight in 3* hotel.
The new challenge comes! We ride on Heaven’s Gate Pass (Tram Ton), enjoy fantastic panorama Hoang Lien Valley, go downhill then take rocky path pass untouched villages of Thai, H’mong and Lu ethnic to Tam Duong. We head back Sapa in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight in 3* hotel.
The last day of the adventure takes us on motorbike to Lao Chai, a village of Black Hmong then we walk to Ta Van village in mountainous area where are living Zay ethnic. Back to Sapa for lunch then we ride to Ta Phin, spectacular area with mighty landscape, unmixed culture of Black Hmong and Red Dao to meet local people, visit their typical house and explore their daily life. Back to Sapa and transfer by bus to Lao Cai for night train back to Hanoi. Overnight on board.
After arrival in Hanoi we will be transferred to hotel for breakfast. Free time till transfer to airport for flight departure. End of services.
